The Hancock Public Health Department grants approvals to businesses wanting to operate a Tattoo and Body Piercing facility in Hancock County.  Before approval is granted the business must pass an inspection from the Health Department, which includes but not limited to:

• Cleanliness of the facility

• Proper record keeping

• Procedures for sterilizing equipment / needle disposal

• Trainings (CPR, Bloodborne Pathogen & Apprenticeship)
